  Angela Lammers delivered an excellent training session for ACEC North Dakota on “Client Relations: Critical Skills to Gain and Retain Business.” She was engaging, knowledgeable, and fun, while providing practical, actionable strategies participants could immediately take back to their workplaces. Her ability to make an important topic both informative and enjoyable made the session a great experience for our members. We highly recommend her as a speaker and trainer!  

  The experiences and insights that [Angela] shared were both practical and inspiring, providing our chapter executive directors with takeaways on how to deal with difficult situations within their chapter. Angela’s presentation offered new ways to grow professionally, strengthen relationships in the workplace, and introduced effective ways on how to build a successful chapter. The attendees of the session walked away with both a new perspective on their relationships within the chapter and felt refreshed in their everyday workload.
